Ever wonder what is concealed under a slab or inside concrete structures? Well these things can easily be detected with Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR).
Our GPR has been used to find multiple buried lines that are concealed. Rebar, post-tension cables, conduits or voids are different things that we can find.
The antenna on the bottom of the unit sends a radio signal into the concrete which bounces off any target it detects, sending back to the receiver to show where it is. In addition to GPR we also have a GSSI, Mini XT structure scanner that can get into small or tight corners. It’s good to scan small particular points of interest of places looking to drill into concrete. The handheld device is also great for scanning concrete columns to look for rebar or conduit
